# Stake质押

## **sSPELL - 已被用于质押的 SPELL 代币**

**通过单击屏幕顶部的 STAKE 按钮，用户将能够访问 SPELL Staking 的页面。 这个页面分为三个框架。**

## **STAKE（质押）/UNSTAKE（取消质押）框架：**

**如上所示，用户将能够选择 STAKE 或 UNSTAKE。当用户点击这两个按钮后，他们会看到一个弹出视窗，允许他们将 SPELL 代币添加到他们的头寸或从他们的头寸拿出 SPELL 代币。要在这两个框架之间切换，只需单击中间的两个箭头即可。**

**请注意，所有 sSPELL 代币都有 24 小时的锁定期。也就是说，用户每次存入 SPELL 代币后，他们将无法在接下来的 24 小时内取消质押。**
